We did race on September 30, 2001 for double points. We had good action in all the divisions during the heats. Not all the classes raced their feature do to an bad accident during the Jr. Champ race. Tobi Smith Jr. and Bruce Packer got together coming out of turn four and hit the wall head on at about 76 mph. Bruce after hitting the wall flipped three times and was knocked out.Bruce was flown out in the Bay Life Chooper to St.John's Hospital in Tampa. We have talked to Tobi Smith and Tobi Jr. only has a bruised ankle and he will be fine. We talked to Mr. Packer today around 4pm and Bruce has a bruised brain. They have released Bruce from the Hospital to go home. For the rest of the classes that did race there feature after the accident were some good racing. 1ST PLACE = 45%
2ND PLACE = 25%
3RD PLACE = 15%
4TH PLACE = 10%
5TH PLACE = 5%
IF WE HAVE 10 KARTS AND NO LESS THE PAY OUT WILL BE
1ST PLACE = 205.00
2ND PLACE = 110.00
3RD PLACE = 70.00
4TH PLACE = 45.00
5TH PLACE = 25.00
